All dogs must be 10 weeks of age or older and vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian for Rabies,
DHPP, and Bordetella. We maintain a clean and sanitized facility to promote a healthy environment however, it is impossible to prevent all illnesses.
Dogs exhibiting signs of illness under our supervision will be isolated and provided with appropriate care. In case of a medical emergency, you will be notified first. If immediate care is deemed necessary, we will seek veterinary attention on your behalf if you are unable to pick your dog up. All medical bills will be at the expense of his/her owner.

We do NOT tolerate any aggression within our facility toward humans or other dogs. If your dog exhibits any type of aggression toward staff or other dogs during their visit, we may terminate their stay and refuse any future services. Overly anxious dogs may also not be suitable if they exhibit behavioral issues such as excessive barking that doesn't subside after a prolonged period of time, destruction of property, health related issues, etc. All dogs participating in group play will be arranged according to size, temperament, energy level, etc. and will be carefully supervised. If you wish to opt your dog out of group play, you must let me know prior to his/her visit.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your boarding reservations, you must do so within 1 week of your scheduled drop off date or a $25 fee per dog will be charged.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your daycare reservations, you must do so within 48 hours of your scheduled drop off date or a $10 fee per dog will be charged.
All fees must be paid before you are able to make another reservation in the future.

All payments are due in full at the end of your dogs visit. Cash, check and cards are all accepted!

Due to allergies/skin sensitivities, etc, we require ALL owners to bring their own food in a container or zip lock bag. Please make sure that you bring enough for their entire stay. Any food that may be left over will be sent back home at check out. We ask that you bring your own bedding for overnight stays to help your dog feel more comfortable and "at home" while they are here. We will do our best to return all bedding in original condition however, beds may require machine washing which may result in damage that we are not responsible for. Each dog will be assigned a 12x12" locker box during their overnight stay so we encourage you to bring any additional items that will fit inside such as toys, treats, pee pads, etc.
